Starting therapy is a big decision, and as someone who has undergone therapy before, I know how important it is for sessions to fit into your lifestyle.
Located in Central London, Marylebone, I offer in-person sessions for counselling and psychotherapy tailored to your unique needs. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, grief, life transitions, self-worth, or are exploring your identity, part of my collaborative process is working together to improve your relationship with yourself.
As a relational integrative therapist, I see therapy as a shared process; one that unfolds in connection, and at a pace that respects your rhythm.
For many people seeking therapy in London, fitting sessions around a demanding schedule can be a constant hurdle. That’s why I’ve shaped my practice to be as responsive and accessible as possible.
If you’re eager to learn more about my approach to therapy or you’re ready to start your therapeutic journey today, book a consultation with me.
Flexible Scheduling That Works For You
Life in London is fast-paced and often unpredictable. But, even with a busy routine, it doesn’t mean your well-being should fall to the bottom of the list.
With this understanding, I offer flexible scheduling options to support you in making space for therapy. Whether you’re looking for weekly in-person sessions to build momentum, fortnightly to reflect and integrate, or a more spacious pattern to suit your needs and commitments, I’ll work collaboratively with you to find a rhythm that suits you.
Therapy is not about keeping up with a rigid timetable. It’s about meeting yourself as you are, and being curious, open, and compassionate about yourself. I am committed to holding a space that adapts to your changing circumstances, especially during times of transition, emotional upheaval, or when you simply need a little more flexibility to prioritise yourself.
A Calm, Connected Space in Central London
My therapy room is based in London’s W1 district, just a few minutes’ walk from Bond Street and Oxford Circus. Whether you’re coming from work, home, or somewhere in between, my practice is well connected to London’s public transport networks and easily accessible on foot, by tube, or by car (with parking options nearby).
Having a welcoming, consistent space can make a real difference in the therapy process. My clients often tell me they feel a sense of grounding as they arrive, a moment to pause, breathe, and connect. My room is designed to be a calming, confidential environment where you can bring whatever feels most present or in need of care.
Therapy That Centres You
Every therapeutic relationship is unique, and I believe in placing your voice, values, and lived experience at the heart of our work together. I won’t offer a one-size-fits-all model. Instead, I bring a responsive, relational approach that allows space for both structured intervention and free exploration.
As a queer and neurodivergent therapist, I’m especially attuned to the many ways in which people can feel unseen or marginalised by traditional therapy. Whether or not this is part of your experience, I bring an affirming, inclusive presence to our work, shaped by my lived experience and ongoing commitment to anti-oppressive practice, especially when counselling neurodivergent clients. I work with a wide range of people, including those new to therapy, younger clients, professionals, creatives, and those exploring identity, trauma, or relationship difficulties – all with sensitivity to how intersecting identities (race, culture, gender, sexuality, disability, class) impact emotional and relational life.
My practice is based on the biopsychosocialspiritual model, which looks at a person as a whole, looking at mind, body, relationships, and beliefs. I integrate perspectives from psychodynamic, person-centred, and contemporary relational approaches. I also work with mindfulness, self-compassion, and embodied awareness, always in ways that are personalised to your needs and your sense of safety.
You Set the Pace
Therapy can make you feel vulnerable, but it’s a crucial part of the process. Whether you’re used to talking about your inner world or just beginning to explore it, I’ll follow your lead. There’s no pressure to “get somewhere” quickly. We’ll go at a pace that feels manageable and meaningful to you, with room to pause, reflect, or shift direction as needed.
You don’t need to have a clear reason for starting therapy. Those who are beginners to therapy often come with a sense that something isn’t quite right, or with questions about who they are or how they relate to others. Whatever brings you here, we can explore it together.
